INGREDIENTS
3 cups cooked quinoa (about a ¼ cup dry)*
2 cups finely chopped broccoli
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 garlic clove, minced
½ tsp each onion powder and paprika
OPTIONAL ADD-INS:
¼ tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix cooked quinoa, broccoli and cheese together.
In a smaller bowl, beat eggs, garlic, onion powder and paprika (and salt, if using).
